The project consists of providing/implementing a traffic control plan;providing construciton area signs; providing/implementing water pollution control plan;sweeping streets; notifying and coordinating with utility companies, schools, businesses, and property owners; clearing and grubbing; performing minor roadway excavatoin/site grading; construction survey staking; removing and disposing existing concrete, asphalt concrete, and gravel pathways and driveways; constructing concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, pedestrian ramps; removing tree(S); converting street light pole; relocating traffic signing and striping; furnishing and applying water; cleaning site.

This project has a minority/women owned business participation requirements of 15% MBE 5% WBE.

We are seeking quotes for the following items from subcontractors/suppliers: construction survey, tree removal, signage,striping traffic control, saw cutting, SWPPP, lumber, trucking, sweepers, asphalt, base rock, dumping of PCC/AC/Dirt.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
