Is seeking qualified MBEs, WBEs

The project consists of providing traffic control and water pollution control work; removing and replacing existing concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk, constructing new pedestrian ramps and installing AC conform at various locations in the unincorporated areas of Alameda County, California.

This project has a minority/women owned business participation requirements of 15% MBE 5% WBE.


We are seeking quotes for the following items from subcontractors/suppliers: construction survey, signage, traffic control, saw cutting, SWPPP, lumber, trucking, sweepers, asphalt, base rock, dumping of PCC/AC/Dirt.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
