Overall Project Scope: GRADNG, DRAINAGE, PAVING, SIGNALS, AND STRUCTURES. SR 1102 (Gillis Hill Road) from North of SR 1112 (Stoney Point Road ) to US 401 (Raeford Road), Widen to Multi-Lanes and replace Bridge 250075 over Little Rockfish Creek 1.125 miles roadwork.
State-funded, Project Start July 2022, Completion Date March 2025 -- 33 Months & intermediate times & restrictions, MBE/WBE Goal 6%

Construction Subcontractors, Trades, Services and Materials Sought.
- General: Surveying, Testing, Temporary facilities, Traffic control devices and flagging,
- Site-Prep: Erosion Control, Clearing and grubbing, Demolition. Asbestos-assessment
- Import: Ready-Mix Concrete, Stone Aggregates, Soils, Riprap, Dump Truck Hauling
- Site-work: earthworks, fabrics, road-drainage, sub-drains, Endwalls, Grassing-Seeding & Mulching
- Roadwork: Concrete-flatwork, Asphalt Milling, Asphalt Paving, Signs, guardrail,
- Storm-Water: RCP, CMP Precast structures, frame, and grates
- Utilities: Water & Sewer relocation, Pipe & fittings, tapping & valve, 16" & 30" Bore and Jack, 24" Directional bore
- Signals: Electrical, trenching, fixtures, signal controllers & devices,
- Bridges, demo, asbestos-assessment, PDA-testing, Piling, Reinforcing, Concrete barrier rail, Concrete parapet, diaphragm, Elastomeric bearings, joint seals, 54" & 64" Prestressed concrete girders

Business Utilization MBE/WBE/DBE firms are encouraged to participate & will be listed at time of bid, Work & materials may be combined or divided to facilitate maximum participation. Subcontractors are obliged to sublet to 2nd & 3rd tier DBE subcontractors. DBE firms needing assistance with obtaining bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, insurance, quickpay & payment-agreements, obtaining equipment & supplies materials or negotiate joint venture & partnership arrangements can contact Thalle for assistance. Thalle will negotiate fairly with interested DBE firms & will not reject firms as unqualified without sound reasons-based capabilities.
