The Project or Work consists of constructing a new Lucas Creek Pump Station on vacant property to replace the adjacent existing Lucas Creek Pump Station. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, building construction, installation of process piping, pumping equipment, odor control equipment, crane equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation systems, control systems, and associated trade work. In addition, line stop flow diversions are required to make final connections into the existing interceptor system and traffic control is needed for work in the right‐of‐way.

If needed, we will break down or combine elements of work into feasible units or smaller task/quantities and negotiate in Good Faith in order to facilitate MBE/WBE/SB participation.
