Marina Landscape Inc. is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors/vendors who are certified DBEs for the following items of work:

- LEAD COMPLIANCE.
- TRAFFIC CONTROL, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, PORTABLE RADAR SPEED FEEDBACK SIGN SYSTEM DAYS, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN.
- JOB SITE MANAGEMENT, PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM.
- PLANTING AND IRRIGATION MATERIALS
- AGGREAGTE MATERIALS
- ROADSIDE PAVING (ASPHALT HMA)
- MINOR CONCRETE (BRUSHED CONCRETE)
- FENCING
- ELECTRICAL SERVICES FOR IRRIGATION

Items listed above may be broken into feasible items to allow subcontractors/vendor a viable bid item. Subcontractors must possess a current active contractor's license, DIR number, general liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance. Payment and performance bond may be required for the full contract amount. Marina Landscape is signatory with the operating engineers and laborers, and pipefitters unions.
