Is seeking qualified DVBEs

We are seeking quotes for subcontractors and suppliers for, but not limited to; SWPPP, Construction Area Signs, Aggregate materials, Paving, trucking, Water and Storm Drain materials, Structural Steel and Reinforced Steel, Decorative Concrete, Pavers, Temporary Fencing, cabinets and sink, , HVAC, fire alarm. windows and doors, carpet/flooring, handrails, drop off and parking improvements, ADA compliance, painting interior and exterior.

This is a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) project, with a 3% goal. All contractors bidding this project must be registered with D.I.R. and have valid Work Comp Insurance for the duration of this project.

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California and Davis Bacon www.dir.ca.gov

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents
execution is required of all successful subcontract bids. SnL Group, Inc. is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation.

DVBE's can no longer self-certify, and DVBE firms must be certified by the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) (https://dot.ca.gov/programs/civil-rights/dbe-search) and/or SAM registration. If an entity holds this certification, it is considered acceptable for establishing status under the DVBE Program.
