August-Jaye Construction is requesting Sub-Bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including DVBE, MBE, LBE & WBE firms for the Project advertised as: Lowell High School State A.B. 211 Door Lockset Replacement (SFUSD Project #12260) located at 1101 Eucalyptus Dr., San Francisco, CA 94132. Bids to Owner are due by Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
To allow time for review, August-Jaye is requesting subcontractor bids no later than 1:00PM Thursday February 17, 2022.

The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: removal of existing door hardware at selected rooms and replacing them with new door lever locksets and panic bar devices to comply with State A.B. 211 Classroom Security Locks (2010). Other miscellaneous work involves door replacements, painting, and new rooms signs at selected areas. The estimated construction value of the project is $300,000.00.
