The site work consists of construction through undeveloped land through the means of clear and grub, rough grade, cut, over-excavation, haul, import fill, fine grade, dust control, and allowance for caliche removal. The present project area consists of approximately 12.7 acres of development with approximately 5.5 acres of open natural turf, parking for 225 cars, a pre-fabricated box office, and a pre-engineered 12,000 SF production/warehouse building and construction of the south half of Kid Zone Parkway from Durango to the existing Desert Breeze Recreation Center.
