Temporarily move telemetry, cables, & solar panel off the roof, Grind, epoxy spot prime, high pressure wash, epoxy prime coat; siloxane-urethane finish coat of 700,000-gallon welded steel potable water tank exterior.
Provide, connect, & manage a minimum of 50,000 gallons of temporary potable water storage at the tank site for the Town of Ruth. Relocate telemetry to temporary storage, & back to painted tank when completed.
Drain the 700,000-gallon welded steel potable water tank, sand blast the interior to near white metal; weld holes or weld/apply steel coupons over rusted holes in tank, clean the interior, apply coats of epoxy paint certified NSF 61 for potable water application.
Replace half travel gage tank level indicator.
Electrical work at breaker panel, new buried electrical conduit and wire, & install new tank mixer in tank.
