We are seeking quotes for the following items: Trucking, QC Testing and Inspection, Surveying, Erosion Control / SWPPP, and Fencing. The project consists of Site preparation and geotechnical mitigation of a 40 acre site at Alameda Point, CA. Major items of work include demolition of existing building and pavement, wick drains, vibratory compaction, surcharge fill, and settlement monitoring.

At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance bonds may be required as a subcontract condition. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies for this project. Plans and Specs are available via Box link. GBI is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage DBE (Hispanic Americans, Black Americans, Native Americans, Asian-Pacific Americans, Subcontinent Asian Americans and Women) participation.
