Description of Project: The Work to be performed under this Task Order consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 7127 LF (1.35 miles) of defective sewer mains; 960 LF (0.18 miles) of defective sewer laterals, and sixteen (16) manholes located in the Sligo Creek Basin Montgomery County, Maryland. "Davis-Bacon" Wage Rates Apply

Project Details: We are Seeking quotes Replace Sanitary Sewer Pipe 8"at 0'-12' Depth, Replace Sewer House Connection 4" by Excavation; 0'-12' Depth, 8" Diameter pipe Sewer External Point Repair at 0'-12' Depth, Furnish and Install Manhole over Existing Sewer, Type 1 or 2, 4' inside dia. with F&C, Abandon Lamphole, Locate Existing Buried Manhole - In Paved Area, Furnish New 24"-36" Manhole Frame and Cover, Manhole Grade Ring Adjustment, Repair Pipe Seal, Cementitious Reconstruction for 4' Inside Diameter Manhole, Montgomery County Roads Restoration, 4" Concrete Sidewalk, 6" Concrete Driveway, Curb and Gutter Replacement, Native Shrub Replacement (up to 36"), Ornamental Shrub Replacement (up to 36"), Street - Trees, Seed Grassing, Sod Grassing, Pruning (Trimming), Tree Removal (greater than 4" DBH), Grind Stump and Surface Roots (greater than 6" at grade), Gravel- Trench Backfill, Borrow Material- Trench Backfill (Replacement of unsuitable material), GAB: Graded Aggregate Base, Flowable Fill, Temporary Tree Protection Fencing (4 feet in height), Additional cost for Traffic control for State and Arterial roads.
