Schiavone Construction Co. LLC is the low bidder on this project as of 1/20/2022. Schiavone Construction is committed throughout this upcoming project to continue to work with qualified DBE Vendors and Subcontractors.

This project is subject to the requirements of the Public Works Contractor Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq.). Contractors and subcontractors must also comply with the State of New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services Business Registration Certificate requirements (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44).

Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action rules and regulations. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, 49 C.F.R. Part 26, shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of this project.
