Project Details
Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposals from ALL TRADES.
This project consists of the construction of a single story, fully sprinklered science building and associated site and utility improvements to support the new building. In addition, this project includes path of travel flatwork improvements, fencing, and relocation of an existing non-DSA storage shed.
Prevailing Wages Shall Apply.
Pre-Qualification required for subcontractors performing work requiring C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses.
Pre-Qualification applications shall be submitted directly to the District by January 7, 2022.
Sub Bonds may be required for contracts over $100,000. Please include your bond rate / cost on your proposal as a separate item.
