Seeking Bids for Valle Verde and Heritage House in Napa, CA.

Scope of Work:
Renovation of a vacant assisted living facility (originally 74 bedrooms) into 66 units of permanent affordable housing for very low income individuals. And new construction of 24 units of publicly funded apartments for low income individuals. This project will be subject to prevailing wages. Including but not limited to: Selective Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Openings, Finishes, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork, Grading and Paving.

Section 3 and MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to bid.
