The Contract Documents shall be obtained at the office of Plan and Print Systems, Inc. located at 6160
Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, New York, 13211 (tel: 315-437-5111). The cost per set (full sets only) is a nonrefundable
fee of one hundred and seventy-five Dollars ($175) payable to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. This
