Michels Corporation is seeking MBE Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for the City of Joliet, IL "2021 Construction Projects". We are soliciting quotes for the following items: Traffic Control, T-liner Install, Cleanout Installation, Manhole Work, Grouting, HMA Driveway Pavement Removal & Replacement, PCC Driveway Pavement Removal & Replacement, as well as any applicable items not listed. All quotations applicable to the construction of this project will be accepted and reviewed.
