SCOPE OF WORK:
Mechanical HVAC replacement on site built buildings as noted on drawings
Architectural patch and repair of exterior finishes, ceiling associated with the HVAC replacement.
Structural framing/blocking associated with HVAC replacement
Removal of existing BUR and metal roof and replace with same material
Replacement of existing unit skylights with non-operable tubular skylights.
Removal and replacing the clerestory windows at the Multi-Use Room to allow for roof flashing.
Requesting bids for the following:
DIVISION 2 - Site Demo
DIVISION 5 - Metal Fabrication
DIVISION 7 - Roofing
DIVISION 8 - Steel Doors and Frames, Door hardware
DIVISION 9 - Painting
DIVISION 10 - Signs
DIVISION 23 - HVAC
DIVISION 26 - Electrical
