Project Details
Walsh Construction is seeking DBE participation for I-10 Rehabilitation CMCG. The Project has an 18% DBE goal, is located in Riverside County, California, within the City of Coachella. These sections of highway are access controlled Interstate Freeways. The Project limits extend a total of approximately 13.6 miles from 1.8 miles east of Dillon Road Interchange to 2.0 miles east of Cactus City Rest Area. The Project will restore and extend the service life of existing pavement for a minimum of 40 years, construct a truck climbing-climbing lane in the eastbound direction, and install a zero-emission vehicle stations at the Cactus City Rest Area on both the eastbound and westbound side.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to excavation, concrete, catch basins, asphaltic concrete paving, HMA paving, concrete barrier, bridge demolition, widen existing concrete bridges, existing column seismic retrofit, retaining walls, sound walls, storm drain, catch basins, concrete lined channel, reinforced concrete, box culverts, pavement markings, signing, traffic signals, traffic control, guardrails, SWPP, QC, erosion control, lighting, fencing, camera systems, traffic monitoring systems, polyester concrete overlay, water proofing, and other related work.

Walsh Construction Company is requesting pricing for all items of work on the project. Subcontractors and suppliers are required to submit quotes to us by December 9, 2021 by 3pm, in order to fully evaluate quote. Your pricing scopes provided prior to this date are extremely helpful and encouraged. 100% performance bonds may be required for the full subcontracted amount. Subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractor's license, DIR Registration Number, and current insurance. Subcontractor's will be required to sign a standard subcontract agreement. Walsh Construction is signatory to the unions. This is a prevailing wage project. Please call if you will need assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, materials, or delivery schedules. Please contact our office if you are interested in this project. All quotes must include state license number, DIR number, and certification number, if applicable.
