Upfit of the remaining space on the Third Floor of the North End Zone Building to include a suite for a 147 seat athletic team room with tiered fixed seating, stepped acoustical ceiling, sealed concrete floor, and supporting audio visual systems. Core components of toilet rooms and circulation with associated finishes and building systems of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection throughout.
VPC Builders is currently seeking bids from HUB certified Minority subcontractors for the following project. It is our company policy to provide quick pay agreements to enable minority contractors and suppliers to meet cash-flow demands. Bonding will not be required.
