Bay Valley Connect (Joint Venture) is currently seeking Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation from firms to join our team for the upcoming Bart Silicon Valley Phase II Extension Project for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority RFP NO: V20221.

Civil works, structural works, electrical/mechanical, trucking & hauling, aggregate supplier, construction management, environmental, concrete/shotcrete supplier/subcontractor, communication, geotechnical, precast concrete supplier, traffic control, instrumentation & monitoring, staffing support/recruitment agencies, office supplies, QA/QC Laboratory services, safety, janitorial services, printing services, heavy equipment, all other subcontractors, services or suppliers.

RFP NO: V20221 (inclusive of any applicable drawings and specs) are able to be reviewed in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by appointment. Bids/Proposals and/or qualifications are required by COB, November 30, 2021, so that all bids/proposals and/or qualifications can be fairly evaluated.

Bay Valley Connect intends to conduct itself in good faith with all interested subcontractors as well as certified DBE/SBE firms looking for subcontract opportunities on this project. Subcontractor may be requested to furnish a bond. If required Barnard(JV) will pay bond premium up to 1%.
