** All items are open for bid, including items of work normally performed by Myers-CEC JV. Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Myers-CEC JV will work with interested DBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.

Myers - CEC JV is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage DBE participation. Plans and specs are available for viewing at our Pleasanton office. 100% Payment & Performance Bonds will be required from a single, treasury-listed surety subject to our approval. Myers - CEC JV will pay bond premiums up to 1.5%. Subcontractors awarded on any project will be on Myers - CEC JV's standard form for subcontract without any modifications.
