The project involves the construction of a 5-acre park along Harter Parkway in Yuba City. The scope of construction includes: Site Prep & Grading, Installation of Storm Drain, Installation of water services, re-establishment of an existing well, installation of electrical, Installation of Irrigation, Installation of a playground, challenge course, basketball court, and grass field, Installation of a pavillion area, Installation of solar lighting, and installation of a restroom building. Gabe Mendez, Inc. is bidding as a General Contractor and is soliciting bids for the project. The trades we are seeking quotations for include, but are not limited to the following; Staking, Compaction Testing, Electrical, Landscaping, Concrete, SWPPP, Trucking - Tonnage Pricing, Fencing, & Well Refurbishment & Installation.

We are an equal opportunity employer. The plans and specs are available for your review at our office Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We can also send you a link to download plans. Please email us for link to plans and specs. Gabe Mendez, Inc. may require that subcontractor's furnish Performance, Labor & Materials, and/or Payment Bonds. We will pay up to two percent (2%) of these bonding costs. We will require that your firm abide provide proof of insurance prior to signing a subcontract with us..
