The Contractor and all lower tiered subcontractors will be required to submit all weekly certified payroll reports and labor compliance documentation to the Agency through eComply throughout the duration of the project at no additional cost to the Agency.

All Subcontractors must comply with the California Labor Code including but not limited to Sections 1771, 1774, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813 and 1815 of the California Labor Code. Contractors are required to register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), all contracts as a result of this bid will be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).

The following trade work must be performed by a Contractor/Subcontractor who holds the applicable specialty license:
