Seeking (E) Conditions, Concrete, Casework, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Openings, Painting, Flooring, Finishes, Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Electrical Safety and Security, Exterior Improvements & more, please download plans to review.

Scope of Work: Replacement of exterior wood siding, roofing replacement, reconfiguration of
interior restroom spaces, structural improvements at the roof and hazardous material abatement, signage, modification of existing lockers for code compliance, plumbing improvements at restrooms and wash areas, associated HVAC and electrical improvements.
