We are seeking quotes to Reconfigure rooms 101 and 105 at the Wisconsin Military Academy Ft McCoy WI. This includes Interior demolition of walls, ceilings, HM door and sidelite frames, floor finishes, casework and countertops, electrical power and data, lighting, HVAC ductwork and piping. Installation of new metal stud / gypsum board walls and soffits, new hollow metal frames, new door and hardware, reinstallation of salvaged doors and door hardware, ceiling grid and acoustical ceiling panels, acoustical wall panels, flooring, and new Reception Desk casework and countertops. New work also includes HVAC and electrical work in the renovated areas.
