Project Details
We are seeking quotes from qualified & certified DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/SBRA/LSAF/HUB/DVBE/SDB/SDVOB/WOSB sub/suppliers for, but not limited to the following: pipe/appurtenances; 36" Steel Casing; paving; striping; traffic control; preconstruction video; and SWPPP/BMPs. The project is funded by California State Revolving Fund Programs and requires that you include, along with your quote, a copy of your Certification and Form 4500-3. Bids must comply with all requirements associate with this funding source, including, but not limited to, USEPA DBE Compliance and American Iron and Steel.
The project consist of 11,800 LF of 24" cement mortar lined Ductile Iron Pipe, including various laterals, fire hydrants, valves, connections and appurtenances.
