Leighton Consulting, Inc. is seeking certified CBE firms (DBE/MBE/WBE/DVBE/LGBTQQ) in and around Los Angeles County that can provide the following services on an on-call basis: CEQA/NEPA; Toxicology & risk assessments; Environmental drilling; Land surveying/mapping; Traffic control; Remedial excavation / treatment systems; UST/AST construction & compliance, Analytical testing (ELAP-certified labs & mobile labs),Waste characterization/disposal transport, Hazardous building materials property-condition surveys & abatement plans, Asbestos, LBP, PCB abatement; Fuel storage tank services; Dewater system installation, Oils/gas well abandonment, Geophysical surveys; Agronomic studies, Biological Assessments including jurisdictional delineation, habitat assessment, and resource agency permitting.

All CBE firms must be certified by the bid proposal due date. Los Angeles County Local Small Business Enterprises (LSBE) is a plus.
