The Contractor and all lower tiered subcontractors will be required to submit all weekly certified payroll reports and labor compliance documentation to the Agency through LCPTracker throughout the duration of the project at no additional cost to the Agency.
Contractors are required to register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), all contracts as a result of this bid will be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
Trade work must be performed by a Contractor/Subcontractor who holds the applicable specialty license.
