Arcadis U.S., Inc. is requesting Community Business Enterprise (CBE) proposals for the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works (LACDPW) RFP for Project Management/Construction Management for the Hall of Administration Seismic Retrofit Renovation Project (RFP No. BRC0000253). Arcadis U.S., Inc. is seeking participation from highly qualified certified CBE firms with previous experience providing services on public facilities or similar complex projects. Previous seismic retrofit and CMAR experience is preferred. Arcadis U.S., Inc. has identified the following positions made available to CBE firms: Conducting Constructability Review; Performing surveys of Industry Suppliers and Vendors; Quality Control Inspections and Reports, and Coordination with Code-Compliance Inspections; Peer review of AE design and construction documents.
