Project Details
BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting bids from Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) subcontractors for the Tahoe City Community Center Parking Lot and Lighting project.
The project consists of construction of a new parking lot by grinding and repaving the existing asphalt, upgrading the ADA access to meet current code standards, installing parking lot lights, installing the conduit for future EV charging stations, and improving the BMP's.
The project area is located at 401 West Lake Blvd., Tahoe City, CA 96145.
