We are seeking quotes from certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following bid items: Prepare WPCP, Traffic Control System, Construction Area Signs, Temporary Traffic Stripe (Tape), Channelizer (Surface Mounted), Flashing Arrow Sign
Type III Barricade, Portable Flashing Beacon, Concrete Rail (Type K), Temporary Crash Cushion Array, Portable Change Message Sign, Temporary Construction Fence, Temporary High-Visibility Fence, Bonded Fiber Matrix, Coast Live Oak Tree (5 Gal), Planting and Irrigation, Hot Mix Asphalt Type A, Cold Plane Asphalt Concrete, Minor Concrete (Curb and Gutter)m 6' Chain Link Fence with barbed wire, Paint Traffic Stripe (2-Coat Caltrans Detail 22, yellow and detail 39, White), Plant Establishment Priod, and Construction Survey.

The plans and specs are available for your review at our office or can be sent to you electronically via email. Bonds may be required from qualified subcontractors and assistance will be provided in obtaining bonds, insurance and lines of credit as necessary. Efforts will be made to assist interested subcontractors in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services. All subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard subcontract agreement which includes furnishing certificates of insurance with not less than the limits listed within the terms or as required per the project specifications, whichever limits are greater. All contractors submitting a bid must have the appropriate and current license and must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of the bid opening.
