Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposals from ALL TRADES.
The proposed project includes the construction of a new child development center on the campus of Reedley College. The building will function as a teaching facility for pre-school educators and serve as a day care for the children ranging from infants to 5-years old. Program spaces include classrooms, observation rooms, office / admin, a food preparation facility, and related support and service spaces. Project scope also include site utilities, parking lot, and related site development.

Sub Bonds may be required. Please include your bond rate / cost on your proposal as a separate item.
