Replace existing DSC Maxsys with XR550N System. Existing Keypads will be replaced.

A list of the names, license numbers, scopes of work, locations of the places of business, contact information, and Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") registration numbers of each subcontractor who will perform work or labor or render service to the bidder in or about the project, or a subcontractor who under subcontract to the bidder, specially fabricates and installs a portion of the work, in an amount in excess of one-half of 1 percent of the bidder's total bid as required by the Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practices Act (Public Contract Code section 4100, et seq.) Pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5, all subcontractors (of any tier) performing work on this Project must be properly registered with DIR.
