Steel, Metal Deck, Drywall/Plaster/Metal Framing, Roofing, Sheet Metal; Doors/Frames/Hardware, Windows/Storefront & Glazing, Fire Sprinklers, Fire Alarms, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Low Voltage systems, Asphalt, Fences and gates, Landscaping, Site Utilities

Estimated Project Cost: $14.2 Million / Duration 702 days
Scope: New 2-story, 24,188 sq. ft. school building, and all site work.

PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED for subcontractors with "M,E & P" licenses. The prequalification requirements applies to each MEP contractor with any of the following licenses;
C-4 (boiler, hot water, and steam fitting); C-7 (low-voltage systems); C-10 (electrical); C-16 (fire protection); C-20 (HVAC); C-34 (pipeline); C-36 (plumbing); C-38 (refrigeration); C-42 (sanitation systems); C-43 (sheet metal); or C-46 (solar). Contractors Potential MEP subcontractors MUST BE prequalified by the District.
