The Wilcox project consists of the new construction of One (1) 4-story Type VA residential building. 62 unit 100% affordable special needs senior housing with space for supportive services.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County, MBE/ WBE/ SBE/ LSA firms for participation in the Wilcox project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certifications.

This is a California Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage project.

Bids must be received by Friday, July 9, 2021 at 4:00pm for the following trades:
