JMB Construction, Inc. is seeking certified DBE/MBE/WBE subcontractor participation for construction of EBMUD`s Pump Station M Rehabilitation & Force Main Investigation.
We are seeking quotes for the following work items:
Electrical, Coatings, Asphalt Paving, HVAC/Odor Control, Fencing, Roofing, Trucking, Pavement Markings, Doors, Mechanical Pipe & Fittings.
Work Includes: Demolition of existing facility structures and equipment; rehabilitation of concrete wall surfaces & coating; replacement of wooden building walls and roof; replacement of wastewater pumps and piping, valves, pump controls equipment, electrical equipment, cathodic protection, odor control, backup generator, and HVAC system; installation and operations of temporary wastewater pumps and odor control equipment during pump station bypass; improvements to City of Alameda sidewalks, crosswalks, traffic signal and electrical utility.
Estimated cost of this work is $6.1M.
