Sub-bid requested include, but are not limited to, the following work codes per Caltrans:

C0625 Sand & Gravel Suppliers;
C0639 Asphalt Suppliers ;
C1200 Construction Area Signs;
C1201 Traffic Control System;
C1522 Adjust Roadway Utility Items;
C1601 Clearing & Grubbing;
C2066 Temporary Erosion Control;
C4201 Mill/Grind Asphalt Concrete;
C7602 Saw Cutting;
C8405 Striping & Signage;
C8760 Surveying;
C8852 SWPPP Planning;
C9607 End Dump Truck;
C9604 Super 10 Dump Truck;
