Location: 912-920 E. Broadway and 117 S. Belmont Street, Glendale, CA 91205

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County, DVE/ MBE/ WBE/ EBE/ OBE firms for participation in the Harrower Village project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certifications. This is a Non-prevailing wage project.

Bids must be received by Friday, June 11, 2021 at 4:00pm for the following trades:
Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Siding, Masonry, HVAC, Cleanup, Insulation, Glazing, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Plaster, Drywall, Painting, Cabinets, Ceramic Tile, Carpet, Landscape, etc



The property comprises three buildings constructed between 1921 and 1924. All three buildings on the site will be adaptively reused as affordable housing for seniors. The building at 920 E. Broadway (former administration building; on the north property line) will be rehabilitated and converted to 13 units of housing, and 912 E. Broadway (former chemical manufacturing building, on the west property line) will be rehabilitated and converted to three housing units and common area uses. The building at 117 S. Belmont Street (former clinic building; on the east property line) will be rehabilitated and converted to 12 units of housing. A new two-story addition with basement will attach to the south end of the west façade of 117 S. Belmont Street and will hold 12 housing units.
