We are seeking certified & qualified DBE/MBE/WBE subs/suppliers for, but not limited to: SWPPP/BMPs; Preconstruction Audio/Video/Photos; Project Signs; Pipe & Appurtenances; Manholes/Covers; Fencing/Walls; Landscaping; Tree Removal; Aggregates; Cold Plane; Overlay; Paving; Striping; Traffic Loops; Curb/Gutter; & Slurry. Please submit your Quote, Certification & EPA Forms 4500-2 & 4500-3 by Monday 6/14/21 to ensure your eligibility for potential listing on the bid forms.

Work may include, but not be limited to: 18,640 LF of dual 6" dia DR-35 PVC pipeline to carry brine & 5' dia sewer manholes installed with the pipeline on Euclid Ave in Caltrans ROW, Merrill Ave in the City of Chino ROW, Bon View Ave, Schaefer Ave both being in the City of Ontario ROW.

Assistance with bonding, insurance, plans & specs are available. Plans, Specs, which include the EPA Forms 4500-2 & 4500-3 are available by emailing us or you can obtain them through the City of Chino's Planet Bids website https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/26384/portal-home
