We are seeking quotes for the following items from SBEs and MBEs certified by the Connecticut Department of
Administrative Services (DAS). This project has a 25% diversity requirement: 18.75% to Small Business Enterprises, and 6.25% to Minority Business Enterprises or Women and/or Disabled owned businesses.

Rail Demo / Asphalt Demo - Removal bituminous pavement between tracks, disposal of asphalt millings. Removal and store railroad tracks (approx. two lines totaling 1950 LF), two buffer stops, track ties, tie plates, switches.

Underground Utilities Demo and removal - Flush Hydrants, Removal of pipe and fittings, backfill vault and select pipes with 500 psi concrete. Demo and Dispose of Storm Drain utility

Electrical Demo and Disposal - Remove underground electric conduit and conductors. Disconnect high mast lighting poles, electrical circuits boxes and appurtenances.

Cobble Stone / Concrete Pavers Disposal (and Trucking) - Estimated QTY 87,812 SF - Remove existing 4" concrete pavers, on ½" sand bed, and waterproofing. East Side 414 LF x 86 FT wide, West Side 1004 LF x 52 FT Wide.

UT Testing - Existing Piles / Marine Survey - UT testing 18in Steel piles - approx. 234 each. Test Piles at pile to deck connection, splash zone and mudline.

Diver Jackets - HDPE sleeve / Denso Tape Wrap (Figure 50% of 18in piles = approx. 117 piles)

Diver supported - New 36" DIA x 10ft long Grouted sleeves (Approx 148 each over new 30" Piles in tidal zone) , New 42" combi wall piles underwater pile cutoff, Pile Anode installation

Anode Design and Supply - Sacrificial Anode to be designed for combi wall and Piles.

Concrete Slab Disposal and Recycling - Haul and Disposal of Concrete Decking Slabs

PDA Engineering, Onsite testing services.

Concrete Supply (Deck and Pile Plugs) - 3,000 CY
