Project Details
Alta Vista Solutions is seeking qualified DBE subconsultants (Work Category Codes C8720, C8723, C8733, C8740) to provide Quality Assurance and/or Verification (QA/V) Services throughout California.
Firms must meet personnel qualifications/requirements as stated in Caltrans RFQ #59A1130.

Personnel requirements include:
- Welding Inspectors with AWS CWI certification and at least 1 year of experience;
- NDT Level II Inspectors in at least two of the disciplines (UT, RT, MT, PT) and at least 1 year of experience;
- Pre-cast Concrete Inspectors with PCI Level II or III certification and at least 1 year of experience;
- Paint and Coating Inspectors with NACE Level III certification and at least 5 years of experience;
- Electrical Engineers with knowledge of the national electric code and service electrical utility requirements for field equipment and shall have an engineering degree from an ABET accredited university or Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate and at least 1 year of experience
