This Project consists of the following elements of Work:
Drainage and Roadway (Bid Schedule 1): Construction of 4,020 LF of mainline storm drain pipe, drainage structures, roadway pavement to include channelization, signing, and lighting; sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter, associated site preparation, contaminated soil removal,
dewatering, and landscaping.
Water Main (Bid Schedule 2): Construction of 1,270 LF of earthquake resistant ductile iron water pipe and associated improvements.
Additive Roadway (Bid Schedule 3): Construction of HMA roadway pavement along one block of 5th Ave S between S Kenyon Street and S Monroe St, to include associated catch basins and piping, sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter, site preparation, contaminated soil removal,
dewatering, and landscaping.

SUBCONTRACTORS - flagging/traffic control; demolition; rebar; cast-in-place concrete; grouting; concrete cutting & boring; saw cutting; coating/painting; signage; electrical; clearing & grubbing; fill & backfill; excavation; dewatering; erosion control; asphalt paving; curbs, gutters, & sidewalks; pavement markings; fencing; landscaping; trucking (dump trucks); dechlorination/chlorination.

SUPPLIERs - concrete; aggregate.

Engineer's Estimate: $17,000,000

Participation Goals: WMBE - 21%

We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to WMBE subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
