Tullis, Inc. is accepting bid from qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) the following work; Develop Water Supply, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Job Site Management, Temporary Check Dam, Temporary Fiber Roll, Temporary Silt Fence, Temporary Construction Entrance, Temporary Fence, Clearing and Grubbing, Roadway Excavation, Shoulder Backing, Structure Excavation, Imported Borrow, Erosion Control, Finishing Roadway, Class 2 Aggregate Base, Hot Mix Asphalt, Cold Plane Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Structural Concrete Box Culvert, Bar Reinforcing Steel, Corrugated Steel Pipe, Removing Culvert, Removing Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert, Rock Slope Protection, Survey Monument, Reset Mailbox, Fencing, Temporary Fencing, Remove Fencing, Remove Pavement Marker, Pavement Marker, Reset Roadside Sign, Concrete Barrier, Thermoplastic Pavement Marking and Stripe, Remove Painted Traffic Stripe and markings, Quality Control Testing, Trucking, Water Trucks, Operated Grinder Rental, Not Limited to The Above Listed Items.

Tullis, Inc. is a signatory to the Operating Engineers and Laborers Unions. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance coverage, and worker's compensation for the entire length of the contract.
