The Terminal 1 - Columbia River Renaissance Trail Connection Project provides further development to the recently constructed open space atop the Vancouver Landing. Work includes water, sewer, electrical utilities, and a walkway enhanced with decking, guardrails, paving, signage, interpretive elements, landscape features, plantings, and irrigation.

Subcontractor and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following categories of work: quality control testing subcontractor; demolition subcontractor; site clean up subcontractor; concrete supplier; rebar subcontractor; cast-in-place subcontractor; saw cutting subcontractor; metal fabrication subcontractor; concrete cutting and boring subcontractor; wood, plastic & composite subcontractor; rough carpentry subcontractor; signage subcontractor; electrical subcontractor; clearing and grubbing subcontractor; fill and backfill subcontractor; excavation subcontractor; erosion control subcontractor; aggregate supplier; curbs, gutter & sidewalks subcontractor; site furnishings subcontractor; irrigation subcontractor; landscaping subcontractor; underground utilities subcontractor; trucking (dump trucks) subcontractor; and shoring subcontractor.

Engineer's Estimate: $1,270,500.00

Participation Goals: UDBE - 13%

We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to UDBE subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
