The project consists of constructing a new concrete masonry building, vertical turbine water booster pumps, piping, valves and accessories, electrical and instrumentation systems, site grading and paving, fencing and miscellaneous site improvements, and approximately 7,500 lineal feet of 12-inch water main and appurtenances.

We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
