Cratus, Inc. is requesting quotes from Certified DBE Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for construction of Ross Valley Sanitary District's Butterfield / Arroyo-Kenrick Gravity Sewer Improvements Project. Quotes are requested from qualified contractors for scopes including but not limited to, SWPPP, Traffic Control, Trucking, Demolition, Concrete, Traffic Markings, Landscape, and HMA. The work to be done consists of sanitary sewer point repairs, maintenance hole rehabilitation, and CCTV inspection. Such miscellaneous work includes removing concrete forms, disposal off-site of all unsuitable materials, and cleanup of the site. The Engineers Estimate for the project is $4.82M.

Work includes new diversion sanitary sewer pipelines and replacement of existing pipelines by open-cut and removal and replacement (~2,600 LF), replacing existing sanitary sewer by pipe bursting (~800 LF), including saw cut, excavation and backfill, shoring, replacing laterals, disconnecting and reinstating lateral connections, abandoning existing sewer pipelines and manholes, removing existing cleanouts and manholes, constructing new manholes and property line cleanouts, asphalt concrete pavement restoration, CCTV inspection, traffic control, project signs, and bypass pumping of sanitary sewer flow.
