Project Description: Increment 2 consists of the construction of one 2-story classroom Building K and site work including paving along the accessible path of travel and landscaping.

Bid Packages for this project include the following: General Trades, Modular Wall Panels, Field Engineering, Vapor Emissions Control, Site Demolition/Earthwork/Paving, Site Utilities, Site & Building Concrete, Landscaping, Structural Steel, Metal Decking, Millwork, FRP, Waterproofing, Insulation, Metal Wall Panels, Architectural Sheetmetal, Roofing, Doors & Hardware, Glazing, Gypsum Board, Cement Plaster, Acoustical Ceilings, Soft Flooring, Paint & Wallcoverings, Epoxy Flooring, Signage, Toilet Specialties, Window Coverings, Elevators, Final Cleaning, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.

A Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on site on April 29, 2021 at 10AM.

FLINT Builders is the selected General Contractor for this project.
All MEPF trades must be prequalified with the District prior to Bidding.

This project requires prevailing wages be paid, pursuant to California Department of Industrial Relations Prevailing Wage Requirements. Certified Payroll will be required.
Flint Builders requires that all subcontractors have and maintain a valid and active California State Contractor's license at the time of bid and throughout the duration of the project while under contract to perform their scope(s) of work.
All subcontractors submitting bids on Public Works Projects must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations.
Flint Builders requires a Waiver of Subrogation from all successful subcontractors.
Flint Builders requires a completed prequalification questionnaire from all subcontractors prior to issuance of a subcontract. This information can be found in the Front End Bid Documents.
Flint Builders' Standard Form of Agreement (Subcontract) will be used for this project. Execution of Subcontract is required by all successful bidders. A copy of Flint Builders' Subcontract is available in the Front End Bid Documents.
Bonding: Not required for subcontractors who are prequalified with Flint.
Submission of a bid or proposal to Flint Builders represents an acknowledgement that the bidding entity has reviewed all of the bid documents, including addenda.
Disadvantaged subcontractors and vendors certified by the State of California and/or US Federal Government are strongly encouraged to submit bids.
This project includes a 3.0% DVBE goal for subcontractors and Material Suppliers.
This project includes Skilled and Trained Work Force requirements per CA Public Contract Code.
