We are soliciting quotes for Pipe - Concrete, Concrete & Masonry, Electrical Work, Excavation & Grading, Lighting, Lighting - Outdoor, Manhole Installation, Metal Fabrication/Machining/Welding, Roads and Paving, Sanitary Sewer, Service Connections, Sewer, Signage & Signalization, Storm Sewer & Drainage, Pipe & Manhole Televising & Inspection, Water Distribution & Trans., Traffic Control Plans, Sand, Rock, Asphalt, Aggregates, Trucking, Reinforcing Steel, SWPP, Soil Hole Drilling for scope as follows:

Project A: Olympic Water Transmission Main Expansion Project SP2608 Work consists of the installation of new water transmission mains (~6800ft) complete with inter-connections, valves and all other apparatus to provide an operable
pressurized water system conforming to American Water Works Association (AWWA Standards) requirements. Project also consists of the abandonment and/or removal of interfering water main piping. Project A includes work in both the City of Los Angeles and the City of Santa Monica

Project B: Olympic Well Equipping Project SP2639 The work to be done, in general, consists of:
A. Construction of 3 groundwater well projects, 2 for extraction only (SM-8 & SM-9) and 1 for injection and extraction (SM-10i) B. Construction of groundwater well equipping for 3 groundwater wells including well pedestal, discharge piping, waste line piping, valves and appurtenances. C. Construction of groundwater well disinfection system for 3 wells.
D. Construction of architectural façade wall including gabion wall, laser cut wall panels, swing gate. E. Construction of support infrastructure such as minor grading and sitework, including permeable pavers, crushed rock, driveways, electrical and controls, fiber optic, and minor offsite piping.

All Subcontractors must be licensed in the State of California at the time of bid and have a valid DIR Registration Number. Colich & Sons, LP is a Union Signatory Contractor to Operating Engineers and Southern California Laborers and thus any subcontractor must be signatory or willing to sign a project labor agreement. Subcontractors and suppliers are advised to submit their quotes by Friday, March 26, 2021 at Close of business, for evaluation and completion of all necessary forms to submit with our bid.
