Demolition of13 buildings and associated improvements located at 1500 Block of Sunnydale Avenue, San Francisco CA 94134. Est start date: 07/2021
Disconnect and removal of remaining utility lines not performed by the City or private providers.
Underground utilities (telecommunication, cable, gas, electricity, water, fiber) will be shut-off
from the buildings prior to abatement. Hazardous material ("hazmat") abatement for 86 residential units within 13 buildings and associated improvements that addresses the likely presence of asbestos-containing materials, lead
paint, and other hazardous substances. Hazmat testing is currently underway and an abatement
plan will be created for the project area
Preparation services including but not limited to pricing; alternative technique recommendation;
project schedule and phase planning; permit procurement; street closure, traffic control,
construction parking, and staging logistics planning; coordination and collaboration with other
