Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, ESB

Construction work consists of site preparation including clearing the site and utility and process line relocation, installation of a concrete containment pad, equipment pads, insulated tanks and pumps, buried and above ground piping and valves, a heat exchanger and an odor control system. Also included are installation of instruments and controls, a small fiberglass electrical shed and the access driveway for trucks and startup.

Construct a facility to accept organic waste (commercial food wastes, fats, oils and grease) and process the waste in the anaerobic digesters to produce biogas at the CBWTP.

Subcontracting and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following categories of work: surveying; demolition; concrete; rebar; cast-in-place concrete; concrete cutting and boring; saw cutting; metal fabrication; wood, plastic & composite; coating/painting; signage; plumbing; electrical; clearing & grubbing; excavation; erosion control; asphalt paving; aggregate; curbs, gutters & sidewalks; landscaping; underground utilities; welding; and trucking (dump trucks).

Engineer's Estimate: $7,500,000

D/M/W/ESB Aspirational Goal: 20% (up to 5% for suppliers)

D/M/WBE Utilization Goal: 14%

We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
